New Voices
Teen Creative Competition
In celebration of young writers, Love Her launched the New Voices Teen Creative Competition to provide a platform for high school students to express themselves through the art of playwrighting and acting as well as showcasing their talents to the public.
Students in middle and high school are invited to write scripts or monologues addressing issues which are challenging to today’s youth.
On February 21st, 2024, we will be hosting our first annual New Voices Teen Creative Competition, which provides selected contestants with the opportunity to showcase their work in a live performance. A first, second, and third place winner will be selected by expert judges.
The event will feature a guest speaker who will address issues affecting today’s youths, while encouraging them to use their voice.
This event is a free community event, open to the public. We hope you are able to take part in this empowering event and experience firsthand the pride we take in supporting the younger generation.

Selected candidates will receive a confirmation email on January 25th, 2024.
